Design intuitive, trustworthy, and efficient experiences within Weave’s Insurance and Payments ecosystem. Focus on streamlining complex workflows like insurance verification, benefits checking, and claims management to help small businesses collect faster and more accurately. Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering partners to simplify complex interfaces into clear, actionable designs.

This designer will focus on creating experiences that feel human, intelligent, and trustworthy, especially as Weave continues to integrate AI into its platform and expand its Payments capabilities. This role collaborates closely with other designers and teams within the Grow and Collect value streams.

You will have the opportunity to develop innovative design solutions that transform how people work around the world. You will drive end-to-end product design solutions and high-fidelity detailed designs. As part of a cross-functional team, you will have the opportunity to present your ideas, solicit feedback, and review others' proposals in a collaborative, supportive, working environment.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will work in partnership with developers, product designers, project managers and data analysts to propose scalable solutions that improve the journey and enhance business results, allowing users autonomy in their conversational experiences. You need to see the importance of teamwork, with a willingness to learn and grow at all times.

As a Product Designer, you’ll impact the lives of everyday people and help them move from surviving to thriving with digital personal finance solutions. You'll focus on the Freedom Debt Relief website including our homepage, new landing pages, tools, and acquisition flows to optimize performance while advocating for our customer’s needs. You’ll be instrumental in identifying, designing, and delivering product experiences that drive user acquisition, activation, and retention.

Be a player-coach, managing 1 Designer and leading the vision and execution of our design system for the mobile app and web platform. Alongside the Design Systems Engineering Manager, own and set a strategic vision and roadmap for the Design System team. Partner with designers to define and continuously evolve the visual language of our app.
